Ali Touré
Director
Ali brings over 20 years of global expertise in technology, consulting, and AI-driven transformation. He began his career at Olympus before moving into management consulting at KPMG, following its acquisition of EquaTerra.

A specialist in AI and technology transformation, Ali excels at designing and leading programs that combine technical architecture, strategic vision, and procurement excellence creating the foundations for scalable innovation.

With deep cross-border experience, spanning the UK, France, Germany, and the US, and fluency in German and French, he seamlessly navigates diverse markets to help clients unlock meaningful, innovation-led impact.
Ali holds a BSc from McGill University.
Sridhar Vedala
Director
Sridhar has 25+ years of global leadership in technology, business transformation, and brand-driven strategy. He started as a software developer at Infosys, later joining Motorola’s pioneering Global Capability Center before advancing to product development at Oracle.

His consulting career began at EquaTerra (acquired by KPMG), where he spearheaded IT transformations and sourcing strategies for Fortune 500 enterprises.
​
A seasoned global leader, he has lived and worked across India, the US, the UK, Ireland, and China, bringing cross-cultural insight to every challenge. Sridhar holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and CEIBS (Shanghai).
